The errors produced in the previous process made governance challenging, leading to compatibility issues and delays in launching products across different brands. To address these concerns, I proposed a solution that allowed for template reuse through cloning, enabling dynamic changes to hundreds of fields, many of which were unnecessary. I clustered the workflow to eliminate redundant steps and included a checklist users to confirm completed tasks. The dashboard featured live products, a countdown for launches, a review cycle, and tracking for products still in development or quality assurance. This approach enhanced visibility, transforming the process into a more accessible one, that anyone with the right knowledge could complete effortlessly, thereby removing bottlenecks.
